- Rinse the freshly collected Pansit pansitan plant parts chop and add about 4 cups of water for every 1 cup of its fruit.
- Leave it to boil for a couple of minutes without the pot cover.
- Let it steep and then strain it.
- Consume half cup of this tree for at least three times on a daily basis.
- This mixture can be kept in appropriate glass container for later consumption.
Even though there are no adequate studies have been made to determine the side effects of this plant when it is taken in medicinal amount to infants and babies, just simply stay on the safer side. Do not take Pansit pansitan herbal medicine dosage when you are pregnant and if you are breast feeding as well.
